The house dates back to the 18th century 18 near to the places of interest for foreign visitors. Only 10 meters of my house we have the restaurant "Tupí" that is famous by the Creole food and it's competitive prices. This restaurant also delivers to the casa.
The house is close to the park where you will find the monument to John Lennon, famous member of the Beatles. In front of this park you will find a very famous restaurant known for it's good food: "La sociedad Francesa". These two places are just 200 meters of the house. At about the same distance the restaurant "Casa de la Amistad" is located, another very good restaurant that this located in one of the most beautiful houses of the area.
Close by you will find banks, food stores, cinemas and theaters. The famous cemetery of Havana is close by with it's renowned architecture. A little further you will find some of the main hotels like the Habana Libre, Cohíba and Riviera, all easily reached on foot.
In addition you are just a walk away from the famous "Malecon" of Havana. Just walk a few blocks and you can enjoy the Habana sunset in all it's beauty Near the case there are several car rental agencies and hospitals of which one of but the famous ones the "Sagrado Corazón" is in front of the house in (old name - now Ramon González Coro).

The house "La Casona" is a historical house secure and private within it's walls. In the back part of the house an apartment that consists of:
a room with a double bed (a single can be put in) with TV, air-conditioning, telephone and safety box (all included). Behind the room you have an equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals. At the end is the private bathroom with hot water 24/7. In ront part of the apartment you have a terrace where many clients relax or have breakfast. A great place to read a good book while you smoke a good cigar. In front of the terrace there is a patio with gardens with diversity of ornamental plants that give a very pleasant atmosphere to the place. Here the absolute tranquility reigns.
The apartment can be rented for 30 to 35 CUC (Cuban convertible peso) per day depending on the season. (Cuban convertible peso, Euros and dollars are accepted according to the actual exchange rates).
This apartment this totally independent of the house: it has independent access.
